The company is looking for a motivated Technician to join its Technical Department in Kigali.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, testing, and repairing professional coffee machines and grinders used by clients.
The Technician will also provide technical support to customers and work closely with the team to ensure that sales, rental, maintenance, and repair requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The Technician will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing professional coffee machines and grinders for clients.
- Performing routine servicing and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing customers with technical support and advising them on the proper use of accessories and spare parts.
- Conducting quality checks on repaired or rented machines before delivery to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including spare-parts usage.
- Working with the team to ensure timely handling of sales, rental, and repair requests.
- Following safety standards and company procedures during all technical activities.
- Identifying technical problems and reporting them appropriately.
- Using appropriate tools and equipment during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Requirements
Applicants should have the following skills and abilities:
- Fluency in French or English is required.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assist clients and clearly report technical issues.
- Physical ability to handle equipment during installation and repair.
- Ability to work with technical tools and equipment.

Work Location
The position is based at Blackbuck Coffee’s main office in Gikondo, Kigali.
