Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and managing institutional supplies and equipment.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment while maintaining accurate transaction records.
2. Ensure the safe storage of materials in terms of both quality and quantity.
3. Maintain proper stock records and ensure the security of inventory.
4. Initiate purchase requisitions whenever stock levels approach the established minimum limits.
5. Monitor stock levels and initiate action to prevent unnecessary purchases when maximum stock levels are reached.
6. Check and receive purchased materials delivered to the department.
7. Compare book balances with actual physical stock through regular stocktaking.
8. Update all records related to stock management.
9. Prepare periodic reports on stock consumption and usage.
10. Participate in institutional inventory activities.
11. Consolidate material requirements submitted by end users.
12. Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess an Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields:

• Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced Diploma in Store Management.
• Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.
• Advanced Diploma in Management.
• Advanced Diploma in Finance.
• Advanced Diploma in Logistics Management.
• Advanced Diploma in Assets Management.
• Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
• Accounting.

Work Experience: Zero (0) years of relevant experience required.
