Sales Assistant
About the Role
The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Manager in managing the sales process for professional coffee machines, including both sales and rentals.
The role combines showroom-based customer service with field activities. The successful candidate will interact with cafés, hotels and businesses, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and help coordinate the process from the first customer contact through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant will:
- Welcome and advise customers in the showroom.
- Identify and develop potential professional clients.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of customers.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate deliveries with the technical team.
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities.
- Represent Blackbuck professionally when meeting customers in the field.
Qualifications and Requirements
Interested candidates should have:
- Fluency in French or English.
- Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.
- Confidence and comfort when communicating with customers.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn about professional coffee machines and related products.
