1. Repairs & Maintenance Manager
Solid’Africa is looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Repairs & Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of large-scale catering facilities, including MSK Kitchens and Solid’Africa CBC.
The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and ensure that kitchen equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Candidates with experience in preventive maintenance, facility operations, team leadership, safety compliance, and managing urgent repairs in high-capacity environments are encouraged to apply.
2. Inventory Controller – Stores
Solid’Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Controller to help ensure that its stores remain accurate, organized, and operationally efficient.
The role involves receiving and recording stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, supporting procurement planning, and ensuring that stored items are properly issued.
Candidates should be organized, confident with numbers, detail-oriented, and committed to accountability.
3. Corporate Partnerships Lead
Solid’Africa is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Corporate Partnerships Lead to build strategic relationships with Rwanda’s corporate sector, mobilize financial and in-kind support, and help advance sustainable nutrition systems across Africa.
The ideal candidate should have strong networks, excellent relationship-management skills, and a passion for turning partnerships into meaningful social impact.
4. Kitchen Manager – High-Capacity Operations
Solid’Africa is seeking an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead its high-volume institutional catering operation in Rusororo.
The successful candidate will oversee:
- Kitchen production
- Food safety
- Staff management
- Inventory
- Budgets
- Cost control
- Service delivery
- Quality standards
The role requires someone capable of managing large-scale kitchens while maintaining strong standards in food safety, team performance, finances, and service delivery.
5. Head of Procurement and Supply Chain
Solid’Africa is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement and Supply Chain to lead sourcing, procurement, and supply-chain operations.
The successful candidate will help ensure reliable, cost-effective, and ethical supply chains across areas including food, agriculture, equipment, packaging, energy, and logistics.
Responsibilities also include managing suppliers and fostering relationships, overseeing contracts, strengthening compliance, and leading procurement teams.
Candidates with strong negotiation, leadership, procurement, supply-chain management, and value-for-money skills are encouraged to apply.
