Kingdom of Morocco – Government of Rwanda Scholarships 2025 – HEC | Apply now
The Higher Education Council (HEC) is pleased to inform the general public that the Kingdom of Morocco has offered scholarships to the Government of Rwanda at the Bachelor’s degree level.
These scholarships are available in the following programs:
- Medical Studies
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences
Note: All courses will be taught in French.
Application Requirements
Interested candidates should submit the following documents:
- Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC indicating the chosen program of study
- Copy of ID or valid passport
- One passport-size photo
- Transcripts of the last two years of high school
- Copy of High School Diploma/Result slip or equivalent qualification
Important Notes
- Candidates must have a Senior Six result slip or certificate with a minimum score of 80% (or equivalent in the 2025 National Examinations).
