Davis & Shirtliff is inviting applications from qualified and motivated graduates for 3 Sales Engineer positions in Rwanda.
The successful candidates will support sales operations, customer engagement, and technical product promotion. They will also gain practical experience in the water equipment, water treatment, and solar energy sectors.
This opportunity is suitable for recent engineering graduates who are interested in developing their technical, sales, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with detailed information about product usage, installation, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Support the achievement of sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate product deliveries and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Rotate across departments to gain technical and operational experience.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Must have graduated between 6 months and 2 years ago.
- Willingness to work in customer-facing and sales-related roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Internship Duration and Benefits
- Duration: Six months.
- Type: Paid internship.
