The University of Rwanda – SPIU is inviting qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Local Project Manager to support the implementation of the PSYCAVI Project, a major initiative aimed at understanding and addressing the psychological health impacts of armed conflicts.
🔍 The position involves coordinating research activities, ensuring ethical standards, supervising research assistants, managing logistics, and facilitating knowledge mobilization at the local level.
👩🎓 Qualifications include:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Public Health, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Trilingual proficiency in Kinyarwanda, French, and English

Strong background in project coordination and research
