The successful candidate will join AGL’s MIS – IT Division (ASCENS) and support business applications serving Human Resources, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, QHSE, and Finance functions across the company’s international network.

Job Overview
The Solution Expert – HR & HQ Solutions will manage a portfolio of business applications supporting functions including:
- Human Resources.

Based in Kigali, the successful candidate will strengthen the HR & HQ Solutions team, which already operates from Paris and Abidjan.
The position will serve as a local point of proximity between AGL’s business stakeholders and the IT organization, translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Solution Expert will:
