BBM Manufacturing Ltd is looking for six (6) skilled and motivated Factory Operators to join its team in the production and installation of aluminium windows and doors.
The successful candidates will be involved in aluminium fabrication, assembly, installation, and related factory and construction-site activities.

Main Responsibilities
The selected Factory Operators will be responsible for:
- Assembling and fabricating aluminium windows and doors.
- Operating hand and power tools used in aluminium fabrication.
- Drilling, cutting, fitting, and assembling aluminium profiles and accessories.
- Installing and carrying out field fixing of aluminium windows and doors at construction sites.
- Following technical drawings, measurements, and production instructions.
- Maintaining proper quality and safety standards at the factory and on construction sites.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience working in an aluminium factory or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Practical skills in aluminium fabrication and assembly.
- Experience or basic skills in welding.
- Ability to use tools such as drilling machines, cutting machines, screwdrivers, and other workshop tools.
- Experience in construction, installation, or field fixing of windows and doors.
- Ability to read and work accurately with measurements.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work both in the factory and at construction sites.
- At least A Level/Senior Six completed in a related field.
