WASAC Group Ltd invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the provision of unarmed security services across WASAC premises as detailed in the Statement of Requirements.

Bid Security Requirement
All bids must be accompanied by an original bid security from a recognized bank or financial institution amounting to: 2,485,000 RWF
Bid Submission Instructions
Bidders must submit:
- Three (3) printed and properly bound copies of the bid
- One original
- Two copies
Submission Deadline: 18 June 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time
Late submissions will be rejected and returned unopened.
The outer envelope must clearly indicate:
- Tender name
- Tender title
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on:
18 June 2026
10:30 AM Local Time
Important Information
- Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline
- Failure to submit the required three copies will lead to automatic rejection
- Procurement will follow WASAC procurement procedures
