Job Summary

The Senior MEP Project Manager will provide leadership and technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering.

The successful candidate will manage assigned construction projects and ensure that MEP works are delivered according to project requirements, international best practices, applicable national construction standards, quality requirements, schedules, and budgets.

The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, managing project risks and costs, and ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Ensure effective execution of assigned MEP construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Manage project resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Provide direction, guidance, and technical support to project teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Build and maintain high-performing project teams.
• Provide clear direction and support to team members.

3. Client and Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Experience
