Call for Scholarship Applications – 2026/2027 Academic Year
Ruli Higher Institute of Health (RHIH) Sainte Rose de Lima, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, is pleased to announce government-sponsored scholarship opportunities for the September 2026 intake.
The scholarships are available for undergraduate programs in Nursing and Midwifery and will cover tuition fees.

Application Period
31 August 2026 – 11 September 2026
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the applicable academic requirements, including:
- An Advanced Level Certificate of Secondary Education with an overall average of at least 60% for candidates who completed secondary studies since 2024.
- Required performance in Biology and Chemistry.
- Additional eligibility requirements apply to candidates who completed S6 before 2024 or secondary-level nursing programs.
Applicants must also meet the specific requirements outlined in the official scholarship announcement.
Admission Test
Candidates who meet the minimum admission requirements will sit for an admission test on 17 September 2026.
Final selection of scholarship beneficiaries will be based on the admission test score.
Important Notice
The scholarships are intended for students who have graduated from Senior Six or its equivalent.
Applicants who are currently receiving another government- or partner-funded scholarship, or who have already graduated from another university-level program, are not eligible to apply. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in disqualification.
