Available Positions
1. Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee interior design and construction projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end interior design and construction
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Flexible to manage projects across Kenya and outside the country
- Commitment to uncompromising quality standards
- No degree required
- Practical skills and experience are highly valued
2. Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for project costing, budgeting, and BOQ preparation to support efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and construction
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost estimation
- Updated understanding of current market pricing
- Strong BOQ and cost planning skills
- No degree required
- Skills and practical expertise are highly valued
