Job Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be expected to provide reliable transport and maintain assigned vehicles. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing appropriate trip sheets as required by the line manager to officially record each trip.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch regarding schedule progress and receiving instructions.
- Ensuring that required vehicle documents are available, including vehicle insurance.
- Ensuring compliance with road safety requirements.
- Informing the Logistics Officer about major vehicle repairs that need to be carried out.
- Maintaining a professional image and attitude when dealing with staff.
- Safeguarding vehicle accessories such as the jack, first-aid kit and tools.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Providing reliable and secure driving services.
- Reporting accidents and other emergencies.
- Solving minor technical problems with vehicles.
- Performing other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

Driving Licence and Experience
- A valid Category B driving licence.
