The kLab Academy Training Program, powered by DSE, equips aspiring innovators with practical, industry-ready software development skills to prepare them for employment and entrepreneurship in the digital economy.
Program Overview
The kLab Academy is a 4-month intensive training program designed to nurture software development talent in Rwanda. Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities with leading tech experts and organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have worked on a software development project.
- Have access to a working computer.
- Be currently residing in Rwanda.
- Inclusivity Focus: Applications from refugees, persons with disabilities, low-income individuals, and disadvantaged women are highly encouraged and will be given priority consideration.
