Job Details
- Position: Kindergarten Teachers (English & Arabic)
- Number of Roles: 4 (2 English, 2 Arabic)
- Location: Hargeisa – Hero-Awr Village
- Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
- Workplace: Onsite
Job Purpose
The selected teachers will:
- Deliver engaging lessons in English or Arabic
- Create a joyful, inclusive, and structured classroom
- Support children’s academic, emotional, and social development
- Use play-based and interactive teaching methods
Key Responsibilities
- Plan structured daily learning activities
- Supervise children and guide play-based learning
- Promote hygiene and self-care habits
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom
- Use storytelling, music, arts, and creative methods
- Monitor and assess child development
- Prepare progress reports and portfolios
- Engage with parents and participate in school events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification is an added advantage
- 3–4 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
- Fluency in English or Arabic (bilingual is a plus)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Knowledge of child safeguarding and safety practices
