Scholarship Opportunities for Rwandan Students at GIFT University, Pakistan (2026/2027) – Apply Now
The Higher Education Council (HEC) of Rwanda has officially announced scholarship opportunities for eligible Rwandan students to study at GIFT University, Gujranwala, Pakistan, for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The scholarships are offered under the cooperation framework between the Republic of Rwanda and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, providing an excellent opportunity for students to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in high-demand fields.
Available Programmes
Applicants can apply for the following academic programmes:
- Data Science
- Software Engineering
- Textile and Fashion Design
- Computer Science
Undergraduate Scholarship Benefits
Successful undergraduate applicants will receive:
- Full tuition fee waiver
- One-way air ticket to Pakistan
- Accommodation support
Undergraduate Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a Rwandan citizen
- Be 21 years of age or younger
- Have completed secondary education or its equivalent
- Possess a valid passport
- Meet the admission requirements of the selected programme
Master’s Degree Scholarships
Partial tuition scholarships are also available for Master’s degree programmes.
Important: Master’s students will be responsible for covering:
- Accommodation
- Living expenses
- Travel costs
- Other related expenses
