Job Summary
Terra Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-oriented Field Marketing Representatives to support the expansion of its platform across selected districts in Rwanda.
In this role, you will identify potential clients, promote Terra’s services, and facilitate onboarding of property listings such as land, houses, and related services. Moreover, you will maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent field presence to increase brand visibility and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients including property owners, agents, and suppliers.
- Promote Terra Real Estate services within assigned districts.
- Facilitate registration and onboarding of property listings on the platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent field presence to improve brand awareness.
- Achieve assigned performance targets and reporting requirements.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Development, Real Estate Management, or Business Information Technology.
- Minimum age: 24 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with local markets is an added advantage.
- Must own a smartphone for communication (WhatsApp, Email, etc.).

- Musanze
📌 Deployment will be based on the applicant’s place of residence.
