About the Program
Rwanda Polytechnic invites applications for Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs for the academic year 2025–2026. These programs are designed to upgrade advanced diploma holders and prepare highly skilled professionals in technology and innovation.

Duration: 1 academic year (Full-time/day program)
Application Requirements
- Advanced Diploma certificate and transcript (in a similar field)
- Proof of English proficiency (if previous studies were in a non-English system)
- Equivalence certificate (for foreign students)
- Copy of National ID or valid Passport
- Application fee of 5,000 RWF (non-refundable)
How to Apply (Simple Steps)
Step 1: Visit https://mis.rp.ac.rw/applications
Step 2: Create an account and fill in your academic details
Step 3: Submit the form and pay the application fee using one of the following:
- MTN Mobile Money: Dial *700#, enter “RP” as school code
- Online Payment (link shown after submission)
- Equity Bank: Pay with your application number at any branch
A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.
