Inzira Learning Hub, an initiative of HC Solutions Ltd, is inviting applications for an 8-week practical AI Automation Programme in Kigali.

The programme is designed for professionals, business owners, job seekers and other computer users who want to learn how to automate repetitive tasks using AI, n8n, Google Sheets and Google Forms.

This is a training programme, not a job vacancy or job placement programme.

About the AI Automation Programme

The programme focuses on helping participants turn repetitive tasks they perform at work into practical automated workflows.

Instead of only learning theoretical AI concepts, participants will bring one real task from their work and learn how to automate it.

By the end of the training, participants could have a working automation that can be used in their workplace and demonstrated to their manager.

What You Will Learn

AI and Prompting

Participants will learn how to:

• Get useful and reliable results from AI.
• Use effective prompts.
• Understand what information should and should not be shared with AI tools.

Automation with n8n

Participants will learn how to build workflows using:

• Triggers
• Actions
• Approval steps
• Automated processes

The programme emphasizes keeping people in control while allowing automation to handle repetitive tasks.

Data and Workflows

Participants will learn how to use Google Sheets and Google Forms to organise information and connect it to automated processes.

Responsible AI

The programme also covers responsible use of AI, including Rwanda’s data protection requirements.

Participants can learn to create workflows that can:

• Send emails and reminders automatically.
• Collect and organise information.
• Generate reports and documents.
• Connect different tools and processes.
• Create AI assistants that work with organisational documents.

Programme Details

Duration: 8 weeks
Dates: 2 November – 30 December 2026
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:30 PM, plus Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Training Fee: 300,000 RWF
Payment: Two instalments of 150,000 RWF
Requirement: Access to a laptop
Places: Limited

Saturday sessions will focus on practical work, with coaches available to help participants build their own automation.

Important Information

This is a training programme and not a job placement programme. Participants will receive practical skills, develop a working project and receive guidance on continuing to use the knowledge gained during the programme.
