📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: REPUBLIC OF KOREA – GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS (2025 KOICA PROGRAM)
The Higher Education Council (HEC) is pleased to announce the opening of KOICA Scholarship applications for Master’s and PhD programs under the bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the Government of Rwanda.
🌍 Offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), this opportunity covers top-ranked graduate programs in fields such as Economic Development Policy, eGovernment, Public Management, Health Policy, and Climate Change & Environment Management.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
✔ Rwandan citizen
✔ Government employee with 2+ years of relevant experience
✔ Age preferably under 40 (as of Feb 1, 2025)
✔ Good physical and mental health
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
✔ Strong English proficiency
✔ Not previously withdrawn from a KOICA program
✔ PhD applicants must have completed a KOICA Master’s program
