JALI S.C PLC (JSC) is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent and committed Risk & Compliance Officer to support the institution in strengthening risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls and governance.
The position is based at the company’s Head Office in Kigali and is offered on a full-time basis. The Risk & Compliance Officer will work with Management and the Board Risk and Compliance Committee while maintaining independent professional judgment. JALI S.C PLC was registered in Rwanda in 2018 and was licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda in 2019 to conduct microfinance activities. Its headquarters are located in Kigali.
About the Role
The Risk & Compliance Officer will help strengthen the organization’s risk and compliance framework, with particular attention to employee-related risks, regulatory requirements, internal controls and governance.
The position also involves working with Management, the Board Risk and Compliance Committee, Internal Audit and relevant regulatory stakeholders.
