Objective of the Assignment
Irembo Ltd is seeking an experienced and independent consultant (individual or firm) to conduct a comprehensive Organizational Culture Assessment.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide a system-level analysis of Irembo’s organizational culture, values, and internal dynamics in order to strengthen employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be expected to:
- Conduct a full organizational culture assessment
- Analyze current organizational values, norms, and behaviors
- Identify institutional strengths and gaps
- Assess employee engagement and performance drivers
- Provide actionable recommendations for cultural transformation
- Align findings with Irembo’s strategic growth objectives
Required Expertise
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in organizational development or culture transformation
- Experience in institutional diagnostics or organizational assessments
- Background working with high-growth technology companies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to deliver actionable and strategic recommendations
