Position Details
- Position: Procurement Assistant

- Reports To: Procurement Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support procurement operations and supplier coordination activities within the company.
Main Duties Include:
- Processing quotations and orders using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Preparing and entering quotations in customer-specific Excel formats and online portals.
- Liaising with customers regarding quotations and procurement queries.
- Requesting supplier pricing and following up on quotations.
- Tracking quotations and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Communicating effectively with procurement and ship supply teams.
- Preparing clear procurement activity reports.
- Performing additional procurement-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in procurement, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, food and beverage, or distribution sectors.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
- Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

- Strategic sourcing and category management skills
- Supplier relationship management abilities
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
