Job Overview
RITE Pharmacy Rwanda, in partnership with Kaizemind, is seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven professional to fill the position of Managing Director.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, strengthen operational performance, and ensure the long-term sustainability and success of RITE Pharmacy.
This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare and business leader with strong management capabilities and a passion for organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Managing Director will be responsible for:

Leading business growth, strategic planning, and organisational development initiatives.

Overseeing medicine supply, procurement, and supply chain operations.

Ensuring strong financial performance, effective financial management, and cash flow.

Leading, developing, and empowering high-performing teams.

Ensuring compliance with pharmacy, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Building strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Interested applicants must possess:

A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related health field.

An additional degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

At least 10 years of professional experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare management, or business leadership.
