IT AND Knowledge Management Specialist at NAEB

NAEB is seeking highly motivated, qualified, and results-driven professionals to join our dynamic team in the position of IT AND Knowledge Management Specialist
Reporting to: Planning Division Manager
Job Summary:
The IT and Knowledge Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing ICT strategies, managing institutional knowledge, and overseeing the digitization of processes. This role is critical for enhancing NAEB’s operational efficiency through effective information systems and knowledge sharing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement ICT and strategic plans.
- Identify, supervise the development, and implement appropriate ICT and knowledge management systems.
- Coordinate the digitization of institutional processes and systems.
- Manage the collection, organization, storage, and dissemination of institutional information.
- Prepare Terms of Reference (ToRs) for outsourcing IT/KM services.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing on new ICT innovations and strengthen collaboration with multifunctional ICT platforms.
- Work with system providers to ensure solutions meet institutional needs.
Qualification and Experience:
- Option A: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, Information Management Systems, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Option B: Master’s degree in Information Science or Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Certification in A+ and N+ is required. Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET), LAMP/WAMP, or MCITP are an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and/or French.
