Job Overview
The successful candidates will work as practitioners on Intellect’s telehealth platform, supporting clients with their mental health and personal development based on their individual needs and goals.
The role primarily involves scheduled 30-minute video sessions with clients and focuses on sub-clinical concerns such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, relationships, and personal or career goals.
Local candidates are preferred, although candidates from other locations may also be considered.
What You’ll Do
Applicants selected for the role will:
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching to Intellect clients.
- Support clients dealing with sub-clinical concerns such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Help clients establish and work toward personal, career, and relationship goals.
- Use appropriate coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team.
- Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the coaching program and platform.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- An active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification, OR a Master’s / Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
- Strong skills in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
- ICF Coaches must have completed at least 200 coaching hours.
- Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours after graduation.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling adults, or coaching managerial professionals is an advantage.
