Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be non-Chinese citizens from developing countries
Be under 45 years old
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Have at least 3 years of work experience
Have a background related to Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Be government officials, academic staff, or senior managers
Provide proof of English proficiency:
TOEFL ≥ 80 or IELTS ≥ 6.0
Be in good physical and mental health
Be recommended by the Chinese Embassy (Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office)

Submit both hard and soft copies of your application documents to the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy
Request an official recommendation letter
Step 4: Final Submission
Ensure all documents are in English or Chinese (or notarized translations)
Present original documents for verification
