(1) Data Engineer
Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Ampersand is seeking a Data Engineer to help scale the infrastructure powering its electric mobility ecosystem. The role involves developing robust pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and enabling analytics and machine learning to optimize operations.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
-
3+ years in Software Engineering, 2–3 years in Data Engineering

Strong SQL, Python, R, and tools like Airflow, Tableau, Databricks
-
Experience in ML workflows, dashboarding, and complex datasets
-
Bonus: Startup or e-mobility experience
(2) HR Manager
Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Ampersand is looking for a strategic HR Manager to lead its human capital function. The role includes managing employee relations, compliance, recruitment, training, and performance systems.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in leadership

Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

(3) Machine Learning Engineer

(4) Vehicle Assembly Technician
