✅ Recent passport photos — applicant + 2 guardians
✅ Residence Confirmation Forms — signed by Isibo, Umudugudu & Akagali leaders
✅ Civil/Marital Status Certificate — from a guardian
✅ Birth Certificate — obtained through Irembo
✅ CRB Report — pending issues must be cleared
✅ Application fee: 10,000 RWF (non-refundable)
📅 DEADLINE: 2 October 2026
