HLB Rwanda is recruiting an Audit and Accounts Trainee to join its Audit and Accounts departments. This opportunity is suitable for accounting and finance graduates who want to develop their professional experience in audit, accounting and assurance services.
HLB Rwanda is a member firm of the global HLB network and provides professional services to clients across different sectors.
As an Audit and Accounts Trainee, the successful candidate will work on different audit engagements across various industry sectors. The role provides an opportunity to interact with clients, support assurance engagements and develop practical skills in audit and financial analysis.
Qualifications and Competencies
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be a graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Have at least two years of experience in an audit or accounting environment.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a strong drive for professional excellence.
- Have the ability to guide and motivate others.
- Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Be dedicated, innovative and resourceful.
- Be analytical and able to work under pressure.
- Be able to contribute to an efficient, innovative and team-oriented working environment.
