Open Positions

1. Cashiers (2 Vacancies)

Requirements:

• Rwandan nationality

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Microfinance, or A1 with 2 years’ experience

• Aged between 21–35 years

• Fluency in English or French
  Responsibilities include: Managing daily cash operations, providing excellent customer service, keeping accurate financial records, and supporting branch activities.

2. Loan Officer (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or A1 diploma in Finance, Accounting, Rural Development, Agri-business, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ (A0) or 3 years’ (A1) experience in financial/credit management

• Category A driving license

• Aged 21–40 years
  Responsibilities include: Client onboarding, loan assessments, field visits, credit file analysis, and ensuring quality loan portfolio performance.

3. Agronomist (1 Full-Time Contract for 18 Months, Renewable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Agronomy, Agroforestry, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

• At least 3 years’ experience in smallholder agriculture, agroforestry, or regenerative farming

• Strong field experience in Rwanda’s Western Province

• Category A driving license

• Aged ≤ 40 years
  Responsibilities include: Advising farmers on climate-smart agriculture, monitoring agri-loans, supporting sustainable land practices, and collaborating with development partners.
