1. Loan Officers

Responsibilities
The Loan Officer is responsible for maintaining a quality loan portfolio and ensuring portfolio growth at the assigned branch. Key duties include:
- Mobilizing clients for lending services.
- Training individual clients and groups on TC-Kira lending methodology.
- Supervising financial education training conducted by client trainers.
- Guiding and monitoring clients and group activities.
- Evaluating credit risk through assessment of client businesses and households.
- Preparing and submitting accurate documentation for loan disbursement.
- Maintaining proper loan documentation and records.
- Following up with clients to recover loans and reduce delinquency.
- Participating in cluster meetings and client engagements.
- Taking action according to policy to recover overdue loans.
- Preparing reports on portfolio performance, repayments, and recovery actions.
- Generating deposits and building a pipeline for new deposit clients.
- Promoting financial products and services.
- Developing marketing plans to establish a strong client base.
- Identifying and sensitizing potential clients within the area of operation.
- Advising clients on the use of alternative delivery channels.
- Referring clients eligible for other products to relevant departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.

The Business and Operations Manager will lead business growth initiatives and oversee operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Implementing market initiatives to maximize company performance.
- Improving business practices and operational efficiency.
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
- Evaluating partnerships and improving sales strategies.
- Managing key client relationships and building new ones.
- Expanding the organization’s brand and market presence.
- Leading sales, marketing, customer service, and relationship management teams.
- Strengthening internal and external partnerships to increase market share.
- Building cross-functional teams to support long-term growth.
- Monitoring emerging market trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Business Law, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial or banking sector, including 5 years in a managerial position.
