Job Overview
Munyax Eco Ltd is recruiting proactive and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer Interns to support the company’s business growth and customer engagement activities. The internship is ideal for graduates or young professionals interested in sales, marketing, renewable energy, and client relationship management.
The selected candidates will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to generate leads, engage customers, support sales operations, and promote Munyax Eco’s energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach
- Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Present Munyax Eco products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Sales Pipeline Support
- Record customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Assist in transferring qualified leads to senior sales staff and technical teams
- Collect customer feedback and prepare weekly reports
- Support efforts to meet sales and performance targets
Agent Support
- Recruit and support field sales agents
- Follow up on agent-generated leads
- Coordinate handover of leads to technical teams
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
General Duties
- Represent the company during events and meetings
- Assist the Sales & Marketing department with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience or interest in field sales, marketing, or community outreach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently
