🌍 Application for Business Mentorship Caravan 2025 – Madagascar
The Ministry of Youth and Arts in Rwanda, in partnership with key stakeholders, is pleased to announce the YouthConnekt Caravan 2025, a unique business mentorship and learning journey to Antananarivo, Madagascar, scheduled for 25th – 27th November 2025.
This initiative will give selected young entrepreneurs the opportunity to gain exposure, connect with peers, and participate in the 8th YouthConnekt Africa Summit, which will be hosted by the Government of Madagascar from 28th – 30th November 2025 under the theme: “The Africa We Deserve.”
The Summit is expected to bring together 7,000+ delegates in person and over 25,000 participants online, including youth leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and development partners from across the continent. It is a strategic platform for advancing Africa’s progress by harnessing the potential of its greatest resource – young people.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be aged 19–35 years as of November 2025.
- Be proficient in English (French proficiency is an added advantage).
- Be a CEO, Managing Director, Owner, or Founder of a successful, export-ready business.
- Business must operate in one of the following sectors:

Agriculture, Fisheries, Mining, Manufacturing, Tourism, Textiles, Renewable Energy, Forestry, ICT, Infrastructure, Arts, or Health Services.

- Provide evidence of export-readiness (standards, production capacity, packaging, taxes, documents, visuals, etc.).
- Demonstrate clear expectations and projected benefits from participating in the caravan.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a multicultural environment.
- Be willing to cover personal costs (e.g., pocket money). Air ticket, accommodation, and meals will be provided.
- Must not have participated in previous caravans (Kenya 2019, Ghana 2021, Ghana 2023).
- Be fully available from 25th – 30th November 2025.
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
